Polyvinyl Acetate Adhesives
A full range is provided to meet BS EN 204 D1 - D4 and BS 4071 specifications. Special types are available for RF bonding, softforming and post forming. Adhesives for laminating PVC foils to chipboard and wood substrates are also in the range.
Membrane Press Adhesives
A complete scope of polyurethane emulsion adhesives is produced to meet all requirements found in this rapidly expanding technology.
Systems for one or two pack heat resistant adhesives are available either for pressing with or without a membrane.
Special adhesive types are available for bonding polyolefin and ABS foils in addition to the normal PVC covering.
Edgebanding Hot Melts
EVA and PUR hot melts for bonding all edging materials. Filled and unfilled grades available.
Profile Wrapping
Traditional hot melt and solvent-based types are now being replaced by high performance polyurethane reactive types with greater durability and heat resistance. Products are available for use on all types of profile wrapping machines.
